Can you give a hint? I see the spelling error (the missing "h" for underneath) but even with that have no idea what it could/should have said to make sense!!

Honest moment here: I read it like 12 times before you posted the hint and didn't understand what the second line meant. I couldn't figure out why it was there. Thanks Leslie for requesting the hint.
Oh and what I love most is that I wasn't even aware that underneath was actually two words. LOL!!!
I'll come clean: I didn't get it at first either. But the original email came with its own imaginary phone conversation, which I didn't put in my post because it might be a tad offensive. Besides, props to those who figured it out on their own. I needed the explainer, myself! ;)

OMG that is hilarious! I wouldn't know whether to laugh or cry when I picked up that cake! I can't say too much about WM since they do pay my bills, BUT I can assure you if that happened at DH's store, you would definitely have received a free, re-done cake :)
Mely - You have to read it out loud (put an "h" so it says Underneath that) and imagine that you're calling in the cake order. Hope that helps! ;)
Erin - I'm sure your DH's store is nice - I know lots of people who LOVE Walmart and their stores are really nice. The one near me is really yucky though!
